ADRIAN BELEW POWER TRIO
ADRIAN BELEW POWER TRIO
King Crimson players Adrian Belew, Tony Levin and Pat Mastelotto keep very busy individually when Crimson's not active, but now, a historic joint tour: Adrian Belew Power Trio will headline the bill, with Stick Men (featuring Tony and Pat) opening.

And of course, how could they resist joining together for a Crim-centric extended encore - after their respective sets we'll see them reconfigure as Ade/Tony/Pat trio, morphing into the double trio lineup like King Crimson featured in the 90's.
The tour name, 2 of a Perfect Trio, harkens to the King Crimson song "3 of a Perfect Pair"

Adrian Belew's trio features the amazing bassist Julie Slick, and NYC drummer Tobias Ralph - perfect complements to Belew's extraordinary guitar playing and singing.

Stick Men presents Tony Levin's virtuosic playing on the Chapman Stick, with Pat Mastelotto giving his unique progressive drumming on both acoustic and electronic drums. Markus Reuter rounds out the band, playing his self-designed touch style guitar.

Adrian Belew's resume reads like a who's who of innovative rock music: Zappa, Bowie, Talking Heads, Graceland, Downward Spiral, add in a 30-year stint as frontman/writer/guitarist/singer for King Crimson, 5 records with the avante-garde pop band the bears, and 20 critically acclaimed solo records and, well, you get the picture.
SAUL ZONANA
SAUL ZONANA
Veteran artist and multi-instrumentalist, Saul Zonana has been touring and releasing his quirky brand of pop-rock music for over thirty years now. His prolific and extensive career includes ten solo albums, with commercial radio success from his "WAVES" album and the still popular "BLUE MONKEY".

Teaming up with guitar icon Adrian Belew in 2006, Saul created his "42 Days" CD to critical acclaim. "Chasin' It" is still a fan favorite from that album, as is the music documentary ("Chasin' It") which aired on PBS.

Saul toured on bass with The Ace Frehley Band, and on guitar with the Crash Test Dummies. As a solo support artist, Saul has toured with Leon Russell, Glenn Tilbrook, Lisa Loeb, The Spin Doctors, Adrian Belew Power Trio 2006-2008 and many others. In the studio, Saul has worked with many great artists including Taylor Dayne, Blue Oyster Cult, and American Idol finalist Haeley Vaughn.

Adrian Belew fans know him well as the recording engineer on Belew's "Side Four: Live" as well as the groundbreaking Belew Power Trio studio album "e".

Saul is now on the road in support of his 2013 release "FIX THE BROKEN", and is close to finishing the new one, due out in January 2015.

When asked to comment on his career Saul simply smiled and said, "I'm just getting started".
